The 2nd International Equine Law Congress will take place at the luxurious and modern Van der Valk – Amsterdam Zuidas hotel. For all conference participants and their partners, the following offer applies for the period 10 to 12 November:

The above price is per room per night and excluding tourist tax. Tourist tax is 7% of the room price per night plus €3,- per person per night.

Fees and Registration Requirements:
All attendees for the 2nd INTERNATIONAL EQUINE LAW CONGRESS must be registered. Your registration entitles you to participate in person in the congress. All attendees must be registered ultimately the day before the 2nd INTERNATIONAL EQUINE LAW CONGRESS takes place.
Participation may be refused by the organization, the LLC Schelstraete Equine Law International BV.
Payment
Payment for the 2nd INTERNATIONAL EQUINE LAW CONGRESS registration is by credit card, check and through the 2nd INTERNATIONAL EQUINE LAW CONGRESS platform only. All payment is due upon registration.
Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions
The 2nd INTERNATIONAL EQUINE LAW CONGRESS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference.In the instance that the 2nd INTERNATIONAL EQUINE LAW CONGRESS needs to cancel the conference event for any reason, registration fees will be refunded.
In the instance that the 2nd INTERNATIONAL EQUINE LAW CONGRESS needs to reschedule the conference event for any reason, registration fees will not be refunded. Registered participants will automatically receive a new ticket for the rescheduled date.
